Privacy Policy — Cube Chess (English)

This Privacy Policy explains how "Cube Chess" (the "App") handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, or phone number.

• On-device save data: progress, settings, and records are stored only on your device (not sent to our servers).
• Anonymous player ID: a random identifier generated on your device at first launch (cannot identify you personally).
• Advertising data: in the ad-supported version, ad providers may access your advertising ID, coarse usage data, and device information to serve ads.
• Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play / Apple; we receive only the purchase status (never payment details).

2. How We Use Information

To run the game, save progress, display ads, process purchases, and fix issues.

3. Third Parties / External Services

The App may use these services, governed by their own policies:

• Google AdMob (ads) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play / Apple billing — the respective store policies

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. For family distribution we use non-personalized ads.

Legal bases for processing

• Personalized advertising: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is collected through an in-app consent form and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Non-personalized advertising, and diagnosing and fixing problems: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Processing in-app purchases: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. The App stores no personal data on our servers. All on-device data is erased when you uninstall the App, and your advertising ID can be reset or opted out of in your device settings. For data held by advertising providers, please contact them directly (Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Withdrawing consent

You can reopen the consent form and change your choices at any time from "Settings → Privacy settings" in the App.

International transfers

Advertising and purchase processing may take place outside the EEA and the UK (for example, in the United States). Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country (in the UK, the ICO).

6. Your Rights

You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in device settings. Save data is removed by uninstalling the App.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the App. We store no personal data on our servers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App or on the store page.
